1. National Innovation Visa (Subclass 858)

What This Visa Offers:
- Allows you and your immediate family to stay in Australia permanently.
- Full rights to work and study in Australia.

- A pathway to apply for Australian citizenship after 4 years, subject to meeting legal residency requirements.
Key Eligibility Criteria:
- International Recognition: An internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in a profession, sport, the arts, or academia and research.
- Australian Nominator: Must be nominated by an individual or organization with a national reputation in your field. The nominator must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, an eligible New Zealand citizen, or an Australian organization.
2. Small Business Owner Visa (Subclass 491)
This visa allows applicants who establish or purchase a small business and reside in a designated regional area of Australia to obtain a 491 visa for 3 years, providing a structured pathway to permanent residency and subsequent citizenship.
General Eligibility Criteria:
- Under the age of 45 at the time of application.
- Score at least 65 points on the Australian migration points test.
